I hear ya, my brother. Had 2 Bullet M5s Stop this week. Had to go out to do a simple reboot. The magic reboot fixed all. I wish the UBNT firmware had a reboot at X day or time function. Id certainly use it.

The issues we are finding is that the dang things just stop.
