With Ubiquity gear the normal / standard for troubleshooting is 
something like this:-

... Update to the latest firmware (from their site)
     .... also review what fixes in the latest beta (posted in the forum)
  Try setting up your AP without Auto Ack and setup the Ack distance 
manually.
