Make sure you recognize the difference between BGP peering, versus
supporting BGP on a transit connection.
I'm doubtful on Comcast's willingness to peer with small providers at small
traffic levels. (allthough not to long ago, I seem to remember they were
offering paid peering for $2/mb paid to them, almost anyone qualifying. But
paying for peering kind of defeats the purpose, when transit can be bought
for under $2 /mb now.)
BUT... peeringdb.com lists Comcast as "OPEN"
