The openbgpd package in pfSense three months ago wasn't ready for prime time. I tried it just recieving default and advertising 2 networks. I swapped it for one of the Imagestream Transports pretty quickly. It's not good when openbgpd removes the default, (static) route, and openospfd adds it's dynamic route and openbgpd can't override openospfd's route to put the default back in. pfSense is great. The integration with openBGP, not so much.
