I don't have caps. I do offer dedicated or best effort. I have radio stations that stream audio 24/7 on best effort. I really don't care how they use it. The difference is on best effort if the system gets congested they are not "guaranteed" the bandwidth will be there to support their application. Dedicated is. I explain this to the customer and use it as a way to upsell if appropriate.
