I'm not bitter, I just don't see their advantage. You can't honestly expect support to exceed that of Mikrotik. Features are better in Mikrotik. Price doesn't have a huge gap between them.
Not exactly sure how you've had them running for months when they haven't even started shipping. Unless you got a beta unit or something, which is probably not the same product that you'd buy from a distributor. Simple question: What does the Ubiquiti router have over my Mikrotik?
