I don't know, ours are mounted inside shipping containers, with towers on the corners to support the panels, turbines, and radios. We needed that much space inside for the batteries anyway.
All the circuitry is epoxy-coated (the terminals are not, obviously), and the cases seem fairly tight, so it seems plausible; but we never investigated direct outdoor mounting.
