If the regulators are inside then there won't be a problem with regulator icing. Maybe researching before typing will help.

Propane won't create gas pressure below -43.6F and many propane gas pressure regulators will ice up and stop working below about +20F. This isn't a problem for many locations but it is still important to know what the limits are. As long as there is propane, they work. No moving parts, very little maintenance. It doesn't matter how cold or hot it is, they just work .
