Well, same Subnet, this situation the AP is acting like a poor man BH to 3 small sites and backup to 3 others, plus a test radio at my office. I am having the issue with no SMs associated by changing the color code. Sounds like a packet storm, but only affecting these 2 radios, one in the field and one on my bench emulating a field installed radio with no SMs
