Same signal on both sides

When installed, the problem was that te RF interface was always down on one 
side.  IT is up on the bench

Itd be hard to tell if the transmit is damaged on a bench test unless you had a 
reference for comparison.  Same signal on either side?

Dual pol antennas? Make sure you have the hollow or circular waveguide as 
opposed to slotted. Not sure..
