I agree. a bunch of random evangelist is a bad idea. There needs to be a precise plan on how to use these limited resource. On Witango.com there is a blurb about a Higher Ed. Initiative. This is cool but how do we get this to the MIS/CIS departments. AAAH The evangelist!!
Apple brings their dog and pony show to Campuses all of the time. Why could not we make appointments with a scripted presentation and with some tutorials. The presentation needs to be a non-linear thing. This way the presenter can pick and choose what topics to touch on depending on the crowd. As a presenter, there is nothing worse than being stuck in the middle of Powerpoint presentation that is not working and you have nowhere to go. Maybe with all of the Witango resellers sprinkled across the land we could have some regional meetings with the resellers and potential Evangelists to have an initial brain storming session. This could also set up the future sales channel. Again I agree with Ben. There needs to be a plan.
