Hi, The enterprise license was dropped when With bought Tango from Pervasive and created Witango and new paths. The only way to get the equivalent is to have a Professional Server license for each Server and then run multiple instances on each server for greater load handling.
With has just started a sight license program for higher education facilities. You would need to contact With directly to see if you qualify. This is a special case for upgrade. The upgrade path in your case is not clearly defined.
