I will speak to this point. We've had several interns come on board with
various backgrounds (C++, Java, ASP, PHP) They were all able to have
Tango applications up and running in a few days with no more than an
hour's worth of training.

If these ASP guys are worth their salt, they should be picking it up
twice as fast as these kids who just came out of school!

How to survive an ever-changing IT world - remember: everything you are
familiar with rules and everythign else just sucks without even giving
it a try!

If you post a question to this list and don't get you problem solved
within an hour, I would be very surprised :-O Most of the other support
lists the people will give you one answer "Go read the book, why are you
bothering us with that newbie question, excuse me while I shut the gate
to my crystal palace"
