I tried create new odbc datasource to same database
with witango 4.5 dev studio and it works okay with
no username and password parameters, although it
still prompts for username and password which I 
usually cancel and it will connect.

No there is not any... 

Althought some other odbc datasource has 
username and password which is okay..
