Witango-Talk: Server error

Still running tango3.6 Trying to connect to an oracle database.
connects okay but on running taf get a server error

This type of data source is not supported by the server license.

Unable to connect to the specified data source.
Verify that data source is properly configured and that database server is online

Do I have to do anything on the odbc.ini on the server?
