hello, im using r:tango 2000 for windows, and i cant seem to get tcf files
to work anymore, nor the query tag from Ben's page. I used to have this
problem off and on where if i had either tango editor or rbase open, it
would say "too many stations logged in", so i would close the editor and
r:base and it would work. Now, this problem just wont go away, even after a
reboot and then not opening the editor or r:base.
Here is the exact error im getting:

Verify that data source is properly configured and that database server is
online.
anyone know how to fix this? Its starting to get in the way of
developement.
