just to add to what Robert said... I would recommend only using Witango Studio 5 for sites to be deployed on Witango Server 5.
As an example and I found out the hard way - if you had an assign action with the scope set to local and you open the taf with Witango 5 - even if you did not go near the assign action when you save it will be written out as 'request' and hence not work on your Tango 2000 server. I have not seen or heard any reasons to hold off (you may have your own).
