Hi Steve, for your MySQL problems, i suggest getting mIRC(http://www.mirc.com/) or another IRC client. Connect to the server: irc.freenode.net on port 6667 and join the channel #MySQL. This is a chat room where developers and users of MySQL hang out and help people with problems they are having. Ive gone there a few times asking for help with more advanced SQL queries and they were really helpful (:
