Witango-Talk: Oracle datasource error

I am getting the following error from Tango -- it seems to be having difficulty sometimes connecting to the database. This only happens sometimes -- the same taf runs the next time. Our crontab job always fails but if I execute the taf manually, it is successful...

[Error] -4 Unable to connect to the specified data source. Verify that data source is properly configured and that database server is online.
