You should think of your question like this: Can I set the userKey CV in the domain scope?
The answer is YES (unless W5 changed something on me) If you assign domain$userKey = <@DOMAIN> you will have the effect you are looking for you, where users are seemingly all the same to Witango, but grouped to each domain. Of course, to stitch domains together you would use domains.ini as we've be discussing, and then set [EMAIL PROTECTED] = uniquestring.
