They all have quirks in one area or another. But since FF 1.0, and after having to dev for IE FF, and Safari, I think if I could play god and make just one the browser everyone would use, it would be FF. Its def not perfect, but I find if I test first in FF, I work faster, cuz it is more in the middle of IE and safari as far as what works. Its just how it feels to me, but I know as I have brought other devs in, they have also migrated towards testing with FF first, then checking IE and Safari.

I'm not sure if this is what you're experiencing, but I have seen Firefox ignore the selected option in a drop down list, when doing a refresh on the page. (while testing a new form)  It almost seems like sometimes the value that was selected in the form before the refresh takes precedence over what is specified when the html is loaded.

I have not taken the time to reproduce this step by step, but let me say that I have noticed strange goings on in this department many times since i started using FF during all my functionality testing.  I've never made a big deal about it though because it's not something that really happens when using the site, just when testing something over and over again.

Anybody else ever notice anything strange like this?
