Hello All, We're having some trouble configuring our Development Environment. We've got Witango Server 5.5 properly working with JDBC, but have been unable to get the 5.5 Development Studio to work using JDBC. I've updated my local machine (where the dev studio is installed) with the latest JRE and have ensured our database drivers are in the CLASSPATH environment variable. I've also added the JAVA_HOME environment variable in reading on the web that it may be needed. We are working with a Pervasive v9 database.
Out of my attempts, I've gotten an error with text "INIT JAVE ERROR". I've also gotten it to successfully add a JDBC datasource through the Dev Studio, but when you try and view the tables the entire Dev Studio closes. Has anyone seen anything like this? Is there something I'm missing? Any help is greatly appreciated!
