Of course, I use SQL Server (2000 and 2005) as well as MySQL daily, and the ease of management and use with SQL Server is amazing, so I tend to lean towards SQL Server simply because I have it - but were I faced with having to purchase the licenses myself, I'm not sure I'd feel compelled to do so.
