Witango-Talk: Dreamweaver recognition of .tml pages

I have Dreamweaver CS3 and having a devil of a time getting it to  
fully recognize .tml pages.

Templates will reach out and update all children when they are .html,  
php, cfm, but not .tml

does anyone know what to change and where to make it recognize .tml??
