Yes,
In your clients.ini file you have control over the page displayed.

ERROR_HTML=C:\\Program
Files\\WitangoServer\\5.5\\MiscFiles\\clienterror.html
REPORTCLIENTERROR=FALSE
SENDFULLHEADER=FALSE

The ERROR_HTML vallue can point to any file that will be served up to the
client. REPORTCLIENTERROR must  be set to false.
