Seriously Wayne... You really should help yourself out a little bit on this...
You've got several ideas to work with, and "no idea" isn't any sort of excuse. Do some reasearch learn a little bit about wget, curl, etc... you say "no idea" on how to integrate a bash script.. I believe many people mentioned the idea of using external actions. how do you capture std out? expirement with it for crying out loud.
