Look, if you put as much effort into helping people as you do into bitching

For your (and everyone else¹s) information the problem has been solved.

It was solved by Robert Garcia using Stefan Gonick¹s suggestion of using the
@URL tag and overloading the USERAGENT parameter.

But instead of:
useragent= "Witango Server <@version><@crlf> Content-Type:
application/x-www-form-urlencoded"

It turned out to be:

useragent= "Witango Server 5<@crlf>content-type: text/xml"

Also, when posting text/xml you don¹t post argument pairs but the XML
itself.

These were the two pieces of information I needed. And they could have been
provided in a lot less than 18 posts.
