I can only speak for myself. I have created several documents on
processes, or free code with docs, and if your issue was one of those,
I would point you to it. In order to help you, I would have to write
or find a script or whatever, and then write docs to explain, don't
have the time to do for free. Its not a matter of being a d*ck and not
wanting to help you.

Yep, I certainly may be at that point.
That said, I’ve always nutted through these problems myself with a
bit of help from the Witango list.
The attitude I have come across this time is:
“Yeah you can do that, but I’m not gunna tell you how.”
The only remaining redeeming feature of the Witango product is the
wealth of support found in this talk list. If that is no longer
available it will be a very sad situation.
