I guess those of us that spend a lot of time answering would like those who ask to TRY what we suggest and TRY to find the answer (by GOOGLE or other means like Read The Fine Manual) and NOT take it personally when we try to get some billing work done, too.
XML is a new technology for a lot of people. It's been 5 years since I published the FMP/XML book, but people still are just catching up and the technology has changed since then! AJAX is a new technology for a lot of people. I use Google when I'm looking for something that's already been done. I don't have the TIME to re-invent the wheel. Hey, even web publishing is new to a lot of people. Those of us in the Witango Community either go "Witango-only" or try other stuff, too. I bet most of us spent a lot of hours TRYING out things. When we can, we share, so others don't make the same mistakes. When others learn from us we HOPE that they, in turn, help others with that knowledge. Ignoring our suggestions might be a sure way to not get any responses next time.
