Its very difficult, if not impossible. Witango doesn't correctly deal with anything other than ISO-8859-1. Definitely an issue to tackle in the future. I "thought" I remembered phil saying witango 6 went to natively using UTF-8, but I could be mistaken, or that may have been abandoned.
