"niche" is good and also has the advantage of having a decent parallel in a 
famous scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail.  :)  (The Knights of "nee").

I totally agree and "niche" is really quite good. "verylowpri" was also 
suggested by Bob that seems to be less pejorative.

This is great. Other suggestions?  Any words that people like thus far?

The problem seems to be that the bug is true but it is believed there are not 
enough consumers of the fix to justify the effort. All the suggestions so far 
seem too pejorative imo. If the fix is of niche interest what about 'niche'.
