Yeah, it gets the point across and it's something we can point to, since FreeBSD defines it almost exactly as we would. If we treat it as a resolution (i.e., a state that will transition to closed at some point), then we should also define the resolution (wontfix?) that we use for issues that we wouldn't accept even if someone contributed it, for whatever reason.
