I don't know. I point my .wixprojs to the location where I built WiX to test my 
changes. I never copy over an installed copy of WiX toolset.

If I make changes to the WixBalExtension.dll which files do i need to copy 
over? I don't want to copy the whole c:\program files (x86)\wix toolset 
v3.8\bin folder....
