The easiest thing to do then is to install WIX 3.8 and overwrite the
*.exe/*.dll/*.wixlibs with the ones I built

ps it is frustrating since all I did was add about 4 functions.
1. make sure at least one client install is checked to be installed (we have
3 so far), if not produce a message
2. if client install check to make sure Office apps arent' running, if so
produce message
3. ask if they want to run an exe after one of our clients is selected to be
installed

added the checkbox controls for the client installs and a few other minor
changes.

That is all in the WixBalExtension DLL just seems silly to replace 50
files...
