I am changing the SqlExtension. I thought that building the top-level one
would build everything (including the SqlExtension) and if I installed the
Wix38.exe I could test if my fix worked. I'm not changing anything with
Votive.
I don't know all of the moving parts to this; I just wanted to make my
change, build, install what I just built and test it. Sorry if this is a
basic question, I'm just not clear on what I need to do to get this rolling.
