I'm able to build WiX with msbuild, however my resulting Wix38.exe is ~10Mb
vs. the ~22Mb that is currently released.
I'm sure I'm missing something simple, but I'm not quite sure what. It
didn't install Votive either.
I tried doing the msbuild /p:Configuration=Release
/p:OFFICIAL_WIX_BUILD=C:\wix.snk but it says I don't have all versions of
VS (I only have 2010 and 2012 installed).
