I think it we use that pseudo task definition I laid out in an earlier
email the user can create a .proj file that requires a minimal number
of inputs (Upgrade MSI path(s), version, bindpaths, etc.) and the task
can take care of the rest.
Agreed, though I think that needs more discussion -- maybe a WIP?
