I did not make patches as you suggested because the files are new, quite simple, and I was not sure if you wanted to apply the patches to de.po or to wmgenmenu.pot. Please bear with me as this is the first time I submit translations, and do not hesitate to tell me the preferred form for adding or modifying them, as I plan to update the whole French translation if these ones get accepted.
