Hi Kix, Carlos and everyone, It's well possible that a case is not handled correctly, but I doubt the bug is "it is impossible to dock _any_ dockapp". I mean I hope :) Anything unusual about your display setup (extended display, mirroring monitors, ...). Do you repro with a brand new user (using the default config)?
