0.80.x and previous versions would include shaded windows when cycling.
When using ALT + TAB to cycle trough windows shaded windows would focus
and rise as any other normal window.

0.95.x and probably earlier 0.9x versions change this behavior in a way
that shaded windows doesn't get focus while cycling through the window
list using ALT+TAB or whatever combination of keys one decide to use.
0.9x also brought a blue panel (I believe it's called switchpanel) which
is optional and whether you use the switchpanel or not, shaded windows
are not included in the list of windows that are able to get focus
when cycling using ALT+TAB.
