If there will be such report it will not be filed by me. :-) Anyway, that's why I suggested that we leave the current behavior for the switchdesk and only change the behavior of the cycling when the switchdesk is disabled. I guess that most of the new windowmaker users (those who started with 0.9x) mostly use switchpanel thus they will probably not be affected by the change. Most of the people probably don't even know how to turn off the switchpanel.
