You need to create an app wrapper for GVim and put it either under
/usr/GNUstep/Local/Applications (if you system uses classic GNUstep
layout) or /usr/lib/GNUstep/Applications/ (if you system uses flat
layout). See which one exists. There are some app wrappers included with
the GWorkspace source. I will send you a GVim wrapper (modified from my
Emacs wrapper) privately as an example.
