I am not sure if that's still true in 3.6, but at least in the man page
of 3.5.1, wrong directories are given:

FILES
       /tmp/ns.$USER.${DISPLAY%.0}/wmii
              The wmii socket file which provides a 9P service.
       /usr/local/etc/wmii-3.5.1
              Global action directory.
       $HOME/.wmii-3.5.1
              User-specific action directory.  Actions are first searched here.

If this is still true, one should update them.
