Actually, it's not placed randomly in all views. It's placed randomly in the current view, while the old view inherits its position from the current view. It's an annoying bug, though.
2) A floating client A with two or more different tags (e.g 1+2) cannot be brought in front of another floating client B in just one of theviews that overlaps A by mere means of mouse focus and button 1 click.
It can be brought to the front with only a mouse click, though that mouse click must be on the bar, not the window. Also, some floating windows which are tagged with multiple tags don't have their borders redrawn properly on Expose events.
