The same snippet[1] should work in 3.6, you'll need to put it in
run_command function (just after rfork) in rc.wmii.

Thank you this works really great, but there is a little problem, I have a environment variable called "*=xterm", I have tried many things, but my skills in sed are very low and I don't getting this done.
