I have that too, only with GTK-2 save dialogs. Worse is that they only
sometimes fix themselves. I don't think this is a wmii issue, though,
and it doesn't only happen with Xinerama.
Just to confirm that it's definitely not wmii issue as I found out after
being bitten by the same bug(?) while running fluxbox.
