Check that cmd/menu/bindings.c is generated properly (the contents should be similar to keys.txt), and that the contents of keys.txt appear in the output of `strings wimenu.O` (from the cmd/menu directory).

the output of "strings wimenu.O" is attached, as there was a lot, looks like it does contain the info in question

cmd/menu/bindings.o is created, `strings bindings.o` is also attached
