OK, we resolved in our last report to get the graduation process started after we released 0.11, so I've made a start.
I've created a set of Tasks in Jira for the graduation process [1] based on [2], and also created a first draft of the graduation board resolution [3] and would like to get feedback on it from the community. The next step once we're happy with the charter would be to hold our community VOTE.
