Where are we in the process?  We have a PMC chair candidate and a draft 
resolution; but, have we voted on it?  Has anyone started executing the 
Suitable name search? I don't see any of the tasks in progress [1].

I know everyone has been busy (myself included) but would be nice to keep the 
ball rolling.
