Follow-up Comment #2, bug #7735 (project wormux):
Not sure it is enough. As I can remember, RectIsInVacuum only tests rectangle
borders and ParanoiacRectIsInVacuum tests if all points of the rectangle are
not part of the ground BUT it does NOT test for other objects or characters.
